For long-term stays (30 days or longer), a full refund is granted for cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date. A 50% refund is issued for cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in, and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

House rulesCheck-In Our check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you wish to request an early check-in, please notify us 24 hours before check-in via your guest messenger. Check-Out Please check out no later than 11:00 AM unless a late checkout is authorized. Insufficient notice may result in a fee of up to $500. Booking Extension Any reservation extensions must be requested and approved 24 hours before your check-out time. Quiet Hours Respect the community's quiet hours between 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Excessive noise during these hours is not tolerated. Violations may result in a fine or further action. No Smoking This is a smoke-free property. Smoking (including vaping and candles) is not permitted inside the suite, on balconies, or around the building. Evidence of smoking will result in a $500 fine. Drug Policy We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs on the premises. Guests and Events The number of guests must match the number on your reservation. Unauthorized events or gatherings are not permitted in the suite. Excessive Cleaning Please be mindful of the suite’s condition. An excessive cleaning fee of $200 will be assessed if extra cleaning is required. Legal Booking Age The lead booker must be 18 years or older. All guests above 18 are required to submit their ID in our Guest Portal after confirming the booking. Minors do not need to submit an ID. Packages and Mail Delivery Please do not send packages to the suite. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. Utilize local package lockers for your deliveries. Please Be Courteous Be respectful and courteous to other residents and the on-site team. Parties and Overnight Guests Parties or large gatherings are not allowed in the suite. For short stays, overnight guests not listed on the reservation are not permitted. Modifications Altering, adjusting, or adding anything to the unit or its contents is prohibited. We reserve the right to charge for any missing or damaged items upon check-out. Fire Safety Do not tamper with fire alarms or any fire safety equipment. Security and Safety Lock doors and windows when leaving the suite. Do not tamper with security systems or other safety devices. Contact us immediately in case of an emergency. Internet and Technology Use You are welcome to use the Wi-Fi, but refrain from illegal activities or excessive bandwidth usage. Please do not alter or disconnect any electronic devices such as routers or thermostats. We’re Here for You! Please do not contact building staff.
